This exclusive development at the Former Friends School will bring 96 new homes to Saffron Walden. The project includes a mix of 3 & 4 bedroom houses and 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, with two new blocks and the conversion of the historic school building into 52 unique residences. We recently uplifted, supplied, and installed 700m² of Balsan Echo contract carpet throughout the communal areas of these flats after a major leak. Our team also installed new Quantum nosing's on the stairs, ensuring safety and style every step of the way.
